Tender Description

Falls Creek Alpine Resort is looking to refurbish one of its existing offices into a new public day shelter. Looking to be completed by May 2024, these works will include, but aren't limited to;

  • Demolition of existing internal structures as per the specifications & demolition plan
  •  Internal fit-out of new day shelter including plasterboard, walls, partitions, flooring, joinery, doors, and bathrooms; as per specifications
  •  Installation of data & electrical cabling, conduit, GPOs, outlets, and lighting as per specifications
  •  All finishes, furniture, fittings, and fixtures as per specifications
  •  Installation of new hot dipped galvanized entry ramp, handrails, WELDLOK grating, and fixings as per specifications
  •  Replacement of windows with double-glazed aluminum units as per specifications
