Tender Description
Council is seeking offers on a Schedule of Rates (SOR) basis for the bulk earthworks associated with the redevelopment of the athletics centre located at Jubilee Park.
The work shall be governed by the Australian Standard General Conditions of Contract AS 2124-1992. No allowance will be considered for any incorrect interpretation of the Australian Standard General Conditions of Contract.
