Tender Description
Gladstone Regional Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified Contractors to construct a retaining wall, landscaping, and, provisionally, refurbish the amenities building at Apex Park, Gladstone.
This project will deliver three key components being –
• Retaining Wall - Removal and disposal of the existing earth retaining wall, including trees and shrubs and installation of new retaining wall;
• Landscaping – installation of softscapes as per the detailed design completed by Project Urban Pty Ltd; and
• Amenities (provisional item) - refurbish the amenities building onsite- as per drawing C02 (Existing Features Layout Plan) notes.
Works include site establishment, erosion and sediment control, demolition, site preparation, civil and earthworks, hardscape works, softscape works, building works, landscaping, and site remediation works.
Apex Park is accessed from Central Lane or Tank Street, Gladstone. The work site is situated within the existing park.
