Tender Description
The City of Stirling (the City) wishes to explore opportunities to establish a network of public electric vehicle (EV) charging stations, on City-owned land and is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced companies.
Through this EOI process, the City aims to gain a deeper understanding of its options, whether that be:
- Council owns and operates a charging network;
- Third-party ownership and management; or
- By another arrangement, which may include a combination of approaches
The City is conducting a two-stage procurement process for this project.
Stage One: Respondents are invited to submit an EOI. Responses will be evaluated for suitability and experience.
Stage Two: Shortlisted respondents from this EOI process may be invited to participate in a select Request for Proposal (RFP).
