The City of Bayswater is a WA local government located approximately eight kilometres NE of the Perth CBD.

The City is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to remove and replace the existing Halliday Park sports floodlighting, as detailed in the Specification.

Halliday Park is located at 6 Coode Street, Bayswater, and is the home ground of Bayswater Lacrosse Club. Existing floodlight poles and luminaires are to be removed and appropriately disposed of as part of the project. The objective is to comply with Lacrosse WA requirements for training and match play.

The new sports floodlighting must be LED and deliver a minimum average LUX level of 200LUX training and 350LUX competition as per the intended illumination area site plan.

The work must comply with the Australian Standards.

Completion is required by April 2024 in readiness for competition match play. Tenderers are expected to supply a detailed project plan, project manage, and undertake the works from demolition to delivery as required.
