The Vision and Strategic Direction in Residential Care.

Our vision for Benetas residential Homes is based on the creation of living environments that are more homelike and include day-to-day services that not only meet the basic needs of residents but also provide enjoyment. We aim to develop strategic service delivery and care models that will improve care, and modernize residential Homes to deliver a positive, respectful resident experience of living and dying, ensuring each customer has optimized independence and choice.

The Benetas Vision for Linen Services.

At Benetas, some of our facilities have incorporates the more intimate apartment model arrangement.

The apartment model includes the provision of linen that is domestic in appearance, of high quality and does not have obvious branding.

In addition, Benetas seeks support to manage the linen inventory including pickup of soiled linen and replacing clean linen into allocated cupboards within the Homes.
