Tender Description
Transport for New South Wales (TfNSW) is seeking the provision of remediation works at 112-118 Gymea Bay Road and 49-55c Chapman Street, Gymea, NSW (the Site).
The Services required include but are not limited to the following: preparation of all management plans and Asbestos Removal Control Plan; remediation of the Site; implementation of all mitigation measures required by the Project Review of Environmental Factors (REF); and classification and tracking all waste removed from Site and all material imported to the Site.
A pre-tender meeting and site inspection will be held at 11:00am on Wednesday, 18 October 2023 at 49-55c Chapman Street, Gymea, NSW. Attendance is not mandatory to submit a conforming Application.
All tenderers must comply with the Transport Statement of Business Ethics through the procurement process and any subsequent contract period.
All tenderers must comply with the NSW Government Procurement Policy Framework, NSW Government Supplier Code of Conduct and New South Wales Industrial Relations Guidelines: Building and Construction Procurement.
