Tender Description
Children’s Health Queensland (CHQ) has a requirement for Medical Transcription Services which requires to commence from 1 January 2024.
Services will include:
- The ability for clinicians to dictate via desk phone or smart device,
- Support the use of Dragon Medical Workflow Manager to complete and distribute medical transcription.
- Audio files to be converted to text via speech recognition and functionality available to Queensland Children’s Medical Transcription staff to support the timely completion of dictated letters.
- The ability to upload medical transcription to Queensland Health’s system The Viewer.
- Secure distribution of medical transcription via electronic options, facsimile or post.
- Ability to report on performance indicators defined by the business area.
- Project support by the vendor to implement and roll out the service across Qld Children’s HHS.
