⁠⁠⁠This package seeks suppliers for the design, configuration, deployment, and support of an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system to manage the health and medical services of Brisbane 2032 Olympic Games participants. The EMR system will be a critical component of Games-time medical operations, enabling secure, efficient, and compliant management of health data across all accredited medical facilities.

Scope of Work (Indicative, Not Exhaustive):

•  Medical Record Management Secure digital storage and access to medical records for athletes, workforce, and officials.
•  Includes medical history, treatments, incident reporting, and clinical documentation.
•  Must support rapid retrieval and update of records across distributed medical sites.
•  Clinical Workflow Support Tools for medical staff to log consultations, diagnoses, prescriptions, and referrals.
•  Must align with the operational model described in the Olympic Games Guide on Medical Services, supporting diagnosis and treatment workflows across polyclinics, venue medical rooms, and emergency response teams.
•  System Integration Connectivity with other Games Management System (GMS) modules (e.g., accreditation, transport) and external health systems where applicable.
•  Integration with accommodation systems is essential to ensure accurate location data for emergency medical response.
•  Should support secure data exchange with national health authorities and Games-time insurance providers.
•  User Access & Security Role-based access controls, audit trails, and compliance with international health data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, Australian Privacy Principles).
•  Must support multilingual interfaces and secure mobile access for field medical teams.
•  Reporting & Analytics Generation of health-related reports, dashboards, and alerts to support Games-time medical operations and public health monitoring.
•  Includes incident tracking, injury/illness trends, and real-time alerts for notifiable conditions.
