Tender Description

The purpose of this document is to provide information to enable Tenderers to complete the Expression of Interest (EOI) documentation. The information relating to the scope of works is preliminary and may change prior to Select Tender documents being issued.

Council of the City of Gold Coast (the Principal) requires a suitably experienced, qualified and equipped Contractor that has demonstrated capacity and capability to undertake the design and construction of the Sewerage Network Upgrade at Stapylon.

Background information / Compatibility requirements

To provide capacity for high population growth estimates in the Stapylton catchment area and to ensure that the City meets its General Environmental Duty (GED) obligations, the construction of the sewerage network upgrade must take place.
