Grass Maintenance Services

⁠⁠⁠The City wishes to appoint suitably experienced, qualified and equipped Contractor(s) to undertake Grass Maintenance Services across the Gold Coast Region.

The Grass Maintenance Services comprise the following proposed Separable Portions:

• Separable Portion 1 – Grass Cutting and Weed Control Services (North)

• Separable Portion 2 – Grass Cutting and Weed Control Services (Central East)

• Separable Portion 3 - Grass Cutting and Weed Control Services (Central West)

• Separable Portion 4 – Grass Cutting and Weed Control Services (South)

• Separable Portion 5 – Grass Cutting (Cemeteries)

• Separable Portion 6 – Grass Cutting (Restricted Sewage Treatment Plants/Pump Stations/Reservoirs/Waste)

Offer briefing:

An Offer briefing will be held on Wednesday, 11 October 2023 at 10.30 am Queensland time at the location listed in clause 1.4 of the Invitation to Offer. The Offer briefing for this Invitation to Offer is not mandatory however Tenderers are encouraged to attend in order to gain sufficient information in respect to the Grass Maintenance Services. The presentation and clarification responses will be provided as an Addendum.
