Tender Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the Block F Roof Replacement works at Wellington Point SHS, located at 2-34 Badgen Rd, Wellington Point QLD 4160, as part of the Targeted Maintenance (TMP) program.
The scope of the project includes removal and replacement of the roof covering system, removal and upgrade of the stormwater system and relocation of the AC condensers to ground level. All works are to be completed by January 2024.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
Appropriate QBCC Builders licenses to undertake the entire scope of works
Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1 million
