The Yarra Ranges Shire Council, ABN 21 973 226 012 (‘the Principal’) invites tenders from suitably experienced parties for the Design and Construction of Yarra Valley Trail Stage 1B.1 Melba Highway Section (‘the Works’), (Melways Ref Map 275 A8 – A10).

Tenderers are advised that the construction start date shall be no later than 1 January 2024 and the project must reach Practical Completion ASAP and preferably by 1 September 2024.

COMPULSORY PRE-TENDER MEETING

Due to the land currently being used for farming, access to the site by tenderers will only be obtained through Yarra Ranges Council permission.

A compulsory pre-tender meeting including a walk-through of the site, will be held.

Steel cap boots and a high visibility vest will be required on site
