Tender Description
Tenders are invited for the Demolition of existing buildings located at 101 and 103 Brisbane Road Mooloolaba and 21 Bindaree Cres, Mooloolaba.
Works are to include but not limited to:
- Site management
- Traffic pedestrian management and control
- Service location
- Disconnection and termination of all services
- Erosion and sediment control
- Asbestos management and removal
- Management of respirable crystalline silica dust exposure
- Complete demolition of all structures above and below ground
- Removal of vegetation, hard and soft surfacing throughout
- Supply and Installation of Noise Barrier
Respondents are to include written demolition and construction methodology statements in their submissions and provide all requested information detailed in the tender documentation and Tender Response Form.
It is anticipated this contract will be awarded mid-November 2023 with practical completion by 26 April 2024.

A briefing session will be held at 21 Bindaree Crescent, Mooloolaba at 10 Oct, 2023 10:00 AM. Respondents are required to register their attendance via email to tenderenquiries@sunshinecoast.qld.gov.au meet in the carpark.
