Daily cleaning of all public and office spaces at the Eureka Centre. This includes thorough cleaning of toilets; replenishment of toilet paper and paper towel; replenishment of soap in dispensers; cleaning glass, Perspex and bright surfaces (especially in high traffic areas), sweeping, vacuuming and /or mopping floor surfaces throughout the building; dusting and wiping down surfaces; removal of dust, insects and webs from windows, eaves, lights, doorways, walls, ceilings and surfaces, removal of litter and recycling waste both inside and outside the building and maintenance of bins; carpets vacuumed and stains removed; clean staff kitchenette; walk perimeter of building and pick up rubbish, remove minor graffiti, clean any dirt, food, vomit etc.; Biannual scheduled cleaning of all external windows; steam cleaning of all carpets; steam cleaning of seats in auditorium; polish floors; polish bright fittings; defrost and clean staff fridges; clean air handling outlets and inlet vents; high dusting of ledges, light fittings, blinds etc. including high level cleans of the exhibition space. Annually: High pressure cleaning of the the paved walkways (extending from the entrance to the café/library). Delivery of this service is inclusive of all labor (award wage or above) provision of cleaning products (environmentally safe preferred) materials and tools, including liquid soap, urinal deodorizes, toilet paper and paper towel.

Potential Bidders are requested to assemble at the car park of the Eureka Centre (102 Stawell St South, Ballarat Victoria) by 4.45pm on 9/10/2023 or 8.15am on 10/10/2023.

Bidders will then be escorted around the facility, commencing at 5.00pm on 9/10/2023 and 8.30am on 10/10/2023

Approximately 1 hour will be allocated for inspection of the facility with the the site inspections due to be finished at 6pm on 9/10/2023 and 9.30am on 10/10/2023.

Optional Bidders are encouraged to attend the above property inspections on this date.

No other inspections will be made available. As noted in clause 2.3 of Part B.2, if a Bidder fails to attend a mandatory session, the City of Ballarat may disqualify the Bidder from further participating in the Invitation Process.
