Valuer-General Victoria (VGV) is a business unit operates within Land Use Victoria, Department of Transport and Planning. VGV is now the sole valuation authority to conduct annual valuations of all land in Victoria for rating and taxing purposes.
The Department is seeking responses to this Request for Tender (RFT) T2023-370 to procure valuation services for the completion of the 2025, 2026 and 2027 general valuations for Surf Coast Shire Council.
