Tender Description
The Rum Jungle Rehabilitation Project requires the provision of new or refurbished modular office buildings to accommodate its infrastructure needs at 16 Cameron Road, Batchelor. An overview of the requirements is as follows:
- A 12x9m (or similar size) modular building with kitchen, 2 x offices, and meeting room(s).
- A 9x3m (or similar size) modular building designated as an Environmental Room.
- Breezeways connecting the buildings including stairs and handrails.
- Connection of services onsite.
