Tender Description
Project 1:
Remove and replace 30 linear m of guttering to the Laboratory Building (WIC 27968-005). Match colour to existing. Install gutter guard to the entire length.
Remove and replace 25 linear m of guttering and fascia purlins to the Conference Room 3 Building (WIC 27968-011). Match color to existing.
Project 2:
Remove and replace all Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM) from the Laboratory Building (WIC 27968-005) and from the Residence (WIC 27967-001), and paint to match existing. All ACM has been identified in the attached Asbestos Register.
