Abt Associates supports the partnership between the Government of Australia and the Government of Papua New Guinea for a stable and prosperous PNG. It supports mutually agreed development initiatives aligned to Government of Papua New Guinea priorities. Abt Associates works with government, institutions and private sector and community stakeholders to improve stability, security, and inclusive economic growth.
Scope of Services
Abt Associates is seeking expressions of interest from formally registered companies for the following services:
- Contract Managing Supervisors (CMS)
- Local Building Contractors
- Minor Civil Works Contractors
The companies must be registered and operating in the following provinces where Abt Associates managed programs are being implemented.
- National Capital District (NCD)
- Central Province
- Northern Province
- Autonomous Region of Bougainville
- Western Province
- East Sepik Province
- West Sepik Province
- Morobe Province
- Western Highlands Province
- Enga Province
Successful companies will be placed on a Preferred Contractor Listing (PSL) for two year (option of 2 years extension) and may be called upon to provide building construction services when needed in the duration of the programs.
