Food Service Vans are invited to apply to prepare and serve food for parents and children on our Annual School Concert/Picnic Night on December 6, 2023, with our usual audience of around 1000 - 1500 people.

The picnic start time is 5 p.m. with the expectation that food vans would be ready to serve at this time. The concert will run for approximately 2 hours commencing at 6 pm with a 30-minute interval.

We invite both non for profit and profit organisations to apply and only ask that a small donation be made to the school for this opportunity.
