Tender Description
Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and capable contractors for replacing entire building roof sheets at One (1) location and partial roof sheet replacements at Three (3) locations. The buildings and location are as follows:
Site 1: Henry Street Community Centre located at 203 Henry Street, Greensborough, 3088 - (Entire building roof sheet replacement)
Site 2: Lower Plenty Senior Citizens Club located at 86 Main Rd, Lower Plenty, 3093 – (Partial roof sheet replacement).
Site 3: Lower Plenty Kindergarten located at 34 Glenauburn Rd, Lower Plenty, 3093 - (Partial roof sheet replacement).
Site 4: Willinda Park Pavilion located at Beatrix St, Greensborough, 3088 - (Partial roof sheet replacement).
The works on Sites 1 and 2 must begin on 18 February 2024, and must be finished by 15 March 2024.
The works on Sites 3 and 4 can begin any time after 08 Jan 2024 but must be finished by 15 March 2024
