Kingston City Council (KCC) is seeking to appoint a qualified and experienced consultant to work with them to undertake a Coastal Climate Change Hazard & Risk Assessment (CCCHRA) for the City of Kingston's 13km of foreshore, plus sections of key waterways. The study area extents are indicatively shown in figure 4 of the Project Brief and include areas that are or may be of impacted by coastal hazards, within the 2100 planning time frame.
Council has recently received funding (from the Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action (DEECA) under the Victoria's Resilient Coast - Adapting for 2100+) to significantly progress a coastal climate change assessment that aligns with stages 1 to 4 of the program.
