Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Peninsula Primary School is located at 22 Waipani Road, Te Atatu Peninsula, Auckland.

The school is changing the configuration of classroom block 8. A summary of some of the key items is below:

• Form new internal openings between classrooms

• Form new external openings in existing timber windows

• Replace flooring vinyl and carpet tiles

• Remove heaters and associated pipework

• Replace wall panels with Autex

• Demolish existing toilet fitout to form break out rooms

• Repaint walls and ceiling

• Install new shade cloth with 6 posts over new Astro turf
