Operation of the Melton Recycling Facility

⁠⁠⁠Melton City Council is seeking responsive offers from qualified bidders to Operate and manage the gatehouse and weighbridge functions at the Melton Recycling facility including customer service, data collection, and cash handling.

Services and deliverables include:

• Operate and manage the Resale Shop, providing opportunities for residents to divert re-usable households from landfills and lower overall disposal costs
• Direct and assist customers in the provision of sorting, unloading, and disposing of materials across the various drop-off locations on site.
• Recover, transport, and dispose of a wide range of materials whilst maximising opportunities for recycling.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with EPA legislation and accredited environmental obligations
