Tender Description
The Principal (City of Stirling) has an existing panel contract called ‘234 - Tree Maintenance, Arboricultural Advisory & Audit Services’ which comprises the 2 panels as below with several contractors on each panel. The Principal is seeking additional professional contractors to be a part of Panel 1 only. This Tender does not involve Panel 2.
Panel 1 - Tree Maintenance Services
Panel 2 - Arboricultural Advisory and Audit services (Not included in this tender)
Basis of Contract Award
The Principal anticipates that one or more Tenderers will be engaged for the panel. Details on the work allocation for the panel are indicated in the Draft Conditions of Contract document attached below.
