The Shire of Augusta Margaret River (Principal) is seeking suitably experienced Contractor/s to provide commercial cleaning services to various buildings, public amenities (some incorporating lock-up), and facilities (BBQs, picnic tables, and drinking fountains).

The Contractor will be expected to provide a professional and experienced cleaning service to the satisfaction of the Principal across all assets listed in this specification. The services rendered under this contract will:

• Provide a cost-effective cleaning service in a safe and environmentally responsible manner;
• Assist the Principal in maintaining its assets in a functional, safe, and aesthetically acceptable manner to the satisfaction of the community in general; and
• Clean all assets listed in a manner to enhance and maintain the asset.

The scheduled cleaning requirements stated in the tender may be subject to amendment and the Principal reserves the right to amend such quantities as deemed necessary.
