Tender Description
The mail services requirements are diversified over several service categories:
• Service Category 1: Onsite Mail Services;
• Service Category 2: Offsite Mail Services;
• Service Category 3: Offsite Mail Screening;
• Service Category 4: Mail Digitisation;
• Service Category 5: Payment Validation and Cheque Processing; and
• Service Category 6: Mail Data.
• Service Category 7: Courier and Freight Services

Conditions for Participation:
a) The Tenderer must either:
i) hold all Valid and Satisfactory Statement(s) of Tax Record by the Closing Time (see https://www.ato.gov.au/business/bus/statement-of-tax-record/ for further information); or
ii) have a receipt demonstrating that all Statement(s) of Tax Record has been requested from the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) by the Closing Time, and hold all Valid and Satisfactory Statement(s) of Tax Record no later than 4 Business Days after the Closing Time.
b) The Tenderer must hold a Valid and Satisfactory Statement of Tax Record for any first tier subcontractor that it proposes, as part of its Tender, to engage to deliver goods and/or services with an estimated value of over $4 million (GST inclusive).
