Two Quotes based on the following Go live deadlines with the features mentioned below:

UI/UX
- Project kick-off to confirm requirements
- Low-fidelity wireframe designs to show key landing page layouts
- High-fidelity layouts and component design produced from scratch and based on a basic style guide (i.e. logo, colours and typography)
Front End and GovCMS Development
- Identify components aligns with BS5 and create mark-ups (css/html) to generate those components
- Generate a kitchensink for the style guide
- Get Development/UAT environments ready
- Recommend IA modification if required
- Identify Landing pages and related child pages from the content strategy document
- Identify Content Types from the content strategy document
- Identify Taxonomies/entities from the content strategy document and Content Types
- Finalise and get approval for IA
- Data schema for Identified content types
- Data schema for Identified taxonomies/entities
- Create Content Types in GovCMS
- Create taxonomies in GovCMS
- Create shell for new base theme for ASCA (preferably based on BS5)
- Modify ASCA theme to adhere colour schemes, icons and typography
- Modify ASCA theme to have theme overrides with schema prefixes
- Identify cloud and local assets for the ASCA theme
- Develop components skeletons for Drupal specific theme and incorporate previously
- created mark-ups
- Finalise ASCA theme
- Finalise ASCA theme to be used for other ASCA applications (if required)
- Get approval of Landing and child page layouts
- Develop landing page templates
- Develop custom page templates (Search, 404 etc.)
- Develop child page templates
- Identify multi column layouts and integrate that with related templates
- Identify and develop/modify templates for related views
- Establish user access roles and configure
- Establish Publishing workflow
- Establish UAC
- Push periodic dev changes to GovCMS sandbox environment
- UAT for periodic changes
- Incorporate approved feedback
- Reiterate and incorporate template level overrides (CT/taxonomies/views) identified in
- above exercise during the feedback process.
- Deploy to Prod environment
- Go live
Digital – Copywriting (Optional)
- Gathering existing contact from supplied sources and mapping content to the supplied IA(up to 30 pages max)
- Identifying content gaps (missing content), and liaising with supplied subject matter experts to create and approve
- SEO analysis, content review (aligning with Defence and/or Australian Style Manual)
