This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Digital Product Delivery and Support Branch of the Department of Climate Change, Energy, Environment and Water (DCCEEW) has a range of core technology platforms including Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), Microsoft Power Platform (Power Platform), MuleSoft, and Oracle. These platforms are supported by in-house capability and a mix of external contracts and vendors. This procurement will focus on support services required for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and will include secondary requirements for support of other platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, MuleSoft, and Oracle.
The support services required will cover a range of activities that the vendor may be engaged in including short-term ad hoc and surge resourcing, Microsoft wave releases, and technical advice, up to and including the end-to-end delivery of work packages and projects.
These arrangements are envisaged to be undertaken in a combination of Capped Time and Materials and Fixed Price engagements depending on the requirements.
