The opportunity

The Agency brings together Victoria’s energy, environment, water, agriculture, forestry, resources, climate action and emergency management functions into a single department to maximise connections between the environment, community, industry and economy.

The Agency is seeking responses to this Invitation for Expressions of Interest for services from individual suppliers, consortiums and/or strategic partnerships that can demonstrate:

• Relevant experience and qualifications of key team members including sub-contractors/consultants on projects of a similar nature and size.
• Team members previous experience working together
• Organisational experience in the successful Design, Construction, Operation and Maintenance of Water Treatment Plants with a proven record in safety, innovation, efficient investment, evidence of delivery, timeframes, quality and environmental compliance
• Have the organisational bandwidth and aspiration to meeting project objectives including design, construction and operation, including consideration to:
• The community, regulator and Owners requirements;
• Degree to which the approach demonstrates technical capability;
• Appreciation of key project risks, issues and the respondents proposed management strategies;
• Approach to Innovation and sustainability
• Have the financial capacity to undertake the project and manage a project of this size and nature.
• Demonstrate adequacy of corporate management systems including possession of third-party accreditation such as AS/NZS ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 and AS/NZS ISO 14001 applicable to the scope of work
• Have an exemplary safety record relative to construction, operations and maintenance.
