Provision of a Leadership Development Program

⁠⁠⁠Glen Eira City Council (Council) invites tenders for the delivery of a bespoke Leadership Development Program targeted at Glen Eira City Council’s top three tiers of leaders (Executive, Managers, and Coordinators).

Glen Eira City Council have recently completed a comprehensive training needs analysis aimed to identify the required capabilities and training and development needs of leaders across Council (Coordinators, Managers, Executives) to enhance their skills, knowledge, and capabilities for the future world of work.

The purpose of this Tender is to form a Contract with a number of successful Tenderers to establish a panel of pre-qualified consultants/facilitators to work in partnership with its People & Culture team to deliver a Leadership Development program. Contractors may be engaged from time to time over a Contract period to undertake services whenever the need arises.
