Brisbane Catholic Education invites suitably qualified and experienced providers to submit an Expression of Interest for Stage 3 at Sophia College, Plainland.

Construction of Stage 3 includes Block B Library with 2 GLAs, meeting rooms, offices, and student support services. Extension of Block A to include admin, staff room, and meeting room and minor refurbishment to existing learning areas, Block J Design and Technology building consisting of 5 x specialist learning spaces and construction of 2 x additional science classrooms to K Block.

The Contractor is to have capacity for construction throughout 2023-2024.

This project has an approximate value of $11-12 million.
