Tender Description
The Shire of Mundaring is seeking submissions from an independent facilitator to:
1. To facilitate and guide the Chief Executive Officer Performance Review Committee (CEOPRC) in the development of performance criteria for the new Chief Executive Officer.
It is a contractual requirement that the criteria are developed within 3 months of commencement, although this may be subject to further negotiation.
2. To facilitate and coordinate the performance review process for assessment of performance against these criteria for the 2023/24 year and establish criteria for the 2024/25 year. To present the findings and recommendations resulting from this process in a formal report to the CEOPRC.
