Tender Description
The Charlton Principal Depot (CPD) is a significant TRC asset located in Charlton 12 km West of the Toowoomba CBD. Within the Charlton Principal Depot is an existing purpose-built commercial wash bay facility. The existing asset is not fit for purpose in that there is insufficient drainage and fall creating a safety hazard as well as not meeting user requirements.
The purpose of this request by the Council is to;
1. Engage a Principal Contractor to carry out the construction works in relation to the revised Wash Bay design generally, including
2. New concrete floors,
3. Installation of new grates and drainage, and
4. Reconfiguration of washing facilities including new wall-mounted booms.
