Tender Description
Redland City Council is seeking Expressions of Interest to procure a suitable Contractor to perform works comprising 3 Separate Packages for its Judy Holt Northern Batter Remediation Program.
The provision of Packages 1, 2, and 3 of the above program include but are not limited to:
(a) Construction of the works in accordance with IFC engineering design and the Accepted Programme;
(b) Procurement of all Plant and Materials;
(c) Any staging and/ or temporary work necessary to construct and commission the works;
(d) Environmental impact mitigation and remediation measures;
(e) Internal and external Stakeholder management;
(f) Rehabilitation and /or reinstatement of all areas impacted by the works including cleared areas and sports field infrastructure that is removed or relocated due to the remediation works, such as irrigation systems, goalposts, footpaths, and lighting towers;
(g) As-constructed surveys; and
(h) Commissioning of the works including initial defect rectification and maintenance periods.

Site Visit
A site visit will be held at Cnr Bloomfield & Middle Sts, Cleveland 15 Sep, 2023 10:00 AM. Please refer to Clause 3.6 of the EOI documents for details of mandatory Project Briefing & Site inspection
Attendance at the briefing is a prerequisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
