Council is responsible for delivering facility management at a range of assets that are owned, operated, or leased by the Council and require maintenance, repair, and inspection. Council is aware that there are a variety of facility management delivery models available to the Council in the future that may be more advantageous compared to the current approach.

In the context of exploring and adapting our approach to future facility management, the Council is trialing an integrated approach to facility management within the Precinct Maintenance Pilot (the Pilot). The Pilot will group a range of facility management activities at selected Sites into a single contract arrangement.

Council is seeking quotes from suitably experienced contractors to deliver the Pilot.

This is a Lump Sum contract, commencing on Monday 23 October 2023 for an initial period of nine (9) months, with two (2) six (6) month extensions at the Council’s discretion.
