Tender Description
The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for Refurbishment and Early Works package at Buranda SS.
The early works are required to assist with the staging and decanting strategy in preparation for future construction works at the school.
It includes
- B Block - Extension with Office & Store
- A Block - Staged Refurbishment works
- D Block - Refurbishment, new art store, external ramp and lift
- Oval - New external play area
- E Block - Demolition
The tender is open to contractors with an appropriate PQC rating of 2 or above with QA.
Tender documents can be provided to eligible contractors by the project manager.
A site visit will be held on Wednesday 13 September at 9:30 am.
