Wyndham City Council is seeking a qualified consultant to deliver this project, which is part of Werribee City Centre Streetscape Upgrades.

Duncans Rd is centrally located within Werribee City Centre. The existing street has wide footpaths and a blend of commercial, community and food and beverage businesses/facilities. However, aside from a section of the footpath that was recently upgraded to bluestone paving, the majority footpath is in poor condition. The project aims to transform Duncans Road into an inviting, functional, and aesthetically pleasing urban streetscape. The project will enhance the streetscape character, promote pedestrian activity, improve safety, and create a cohesive sense of place that reflects the local community's aspirations.
