This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The National Gallery of Australia (National Gallery) is seeking proposals from Sellers who have the capability, knowledge, and experience to provide high quality Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) compliant Information Technology (IT) Managed Services to the National Gallery. The services required include transition from the current support services arrangement, ongoing Information Communications Technology (ICT) infrastructure managed services, ICT Help Desk support and additional services including project delivery and ad hoc support services. The Seller will need to work cohesively with the National Gallery IT Team to achieve high standard services and solutions for the Gallery.
Sellers should review the attached Statement of Requirements document to understand the National Gallery’s requirements, and to ensure that proposals submitted are complete, comply with the conditions of participation and the minimum content and format requirements as specified in the RFQ Statement of Requirements.
