Image Capture of Gravel - Collector & Access - Road Network

Loddon Shire Council (LSC) requires a suitably capable contractor to undertake Asset Condition Surveys within the Shire. Image data capture along with condition rating of the Gravel Collector and Access Road network which comprising of 1,347km of road.

LSC will supply road segments and line work will be in a spatial format along with segment registry (Excel Spreadsheet).

The image data is required to be georeferenced with all above associated information which should be in an appropriate format to the satisfaction of the Council’s Asset Management Coordinator. Condition rating is to be scaled from 0-10, zero being excellent and 10 very poor condition.
