Tender Description
Scenic Rim Regional Council (Council) requests Tenders to establish a schedule of rates consultancy contracts, from suitably qualified Project Managers and Engineers to assist with project management of:
- Design and construction of the Price Creek Bridge Project on Upper Coomera Road at Ferny Glen
- Design of the Duck Creek Road reconstruction project at Kerry.
The successful tenderer for Project Management Services will work closely with the Council’s Engineers and Management Team to deliver the project.
Note: The Project Management Services include the procurement and management of design consultancy contracts for the design of the two projects. The consultant appointed to provide Project Management Services will not be eligible to tender for the design consultancy contracts
