Tender Description
This open tender is for the construction of reserve upgrades for 3 reserves, namely Hamilton, Hessing and Tarturninthi-Trowbridge (CC2023035).
The works include demolition, footpaths, landscaping, plantings, reserve furniture, play equipment, irrigation.
Tenderers can submit a tender for any number or combination of the reserves.
Council reserves the right to award the contracts for the three reserves as individual contracts or in any combination.
Council reserves the right to award the above contracts to separate Contractors.
The criteria and weightings that will be used for the evaluation of the tenders are shown in CC2023035 Part A Conditions of Tendering, in section 7.
A Council run Tender Briefing with a Site Inspection of each reserve will be held; details will be advised in a Tender Addendum.
