Noarlunga Streetscape Contractor Services

⁠⁠⁠Renewal SA is seeking an experienced and qualified landscape Contractor to deliver Landscaping Works via a Works Deed for the Noarlunga Project.

 Purpose

The purpose of this procurement is to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified landscape contractor to deliver landscaping Works under a Works Deed for Renewal SA’s Noarlunga Project.

The successful landscape contractor will assist in the delivery of streetscape and minor reserves. The development aims to create a vibrant, connected and culturally enriched community. The scope includes both hardscape and softscape elements, delivered in alignment with the approved landscape design, materials schedules and specifications.
