Service Provider to provide the following services for the Embedded Youth Outreach Program:

• Joint after-hours outreach between local police members and a youth support service
• Assessment and triage of young people (10-24) and their families who come into contact with police
• Targeted referrals for young people
• Provide community engagement and practical support.

Notes: A tender briefing session will be held on Thursday 21 September at 3:00pm at the Victoria Police Centre, 311 Spencer Street Docklands VIC. Tenderers may attend in person as well as online. The briefing session will be recorded for those not in attendance. A Q&A session will be offered as part of this briefing.
