Induction supports for Victorian Kindergarten and Pre-prep workforce

⁠⁠⁠The Department of Education (DE) seeks to engage a suitable supplier with experience in conducting research into the early childhood workforce and training sector or similar projects. The supplier will design, administer, and report on mixed methods of research including user focus groups exploring effective induction in the Victorian Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) workforce. From the research, a suite of tangible tools and resources will be developed to support employers, leadership and management in stand-alone kindergartens and long day care centres to deliver effective induction processes.
