Cleaning Services for Leisure Facilities

⁠⁠⁠The City of Melville (City) is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to supply cleaning services at LeisureFit Melville (LFM), AH Bracks Library (AHB) Tompkins Park (TP), Shirley Strickland Sport & Community Pavilion (SSS) and Bert Jeffrey (BJRC).

LeisureFit Booragoon (LFB) is schedule to undertake major refurbishment works over the next 18 months. Once refurbishment works are completed LFB might be added to this Contract provided a satisfactory quote is provided and approved by the City. The City reserves the right to accept, reject or negotiate the quote provided.

The successful Contractor must be able to commit to starting the works shortly after Contract award.

The Contract period is for an initial term of three (3) years with two (2) additional twenty four (24) month option periods which will be exercised at the sole discretion of the City. The City will appoint one Contractor for the provision of the Services under the Contract.

There is a mandatory site briefing for this request at 10:00am on Thursday, 07 September 2023. Please RSVP your attendance as per the Tender document by no later than Wednesday, 06 September 2023.
