The Renmark Paringa Council (Council) is seeking tenders from suitably qualified landscape contractors to undertake the Detailed Design, achieve required Approvals and complete Construction (the Services) of the 180 Murray Avenue Redevelopment project, located at 180 Murray Avenue, Renmark, South Australia.
The 180 Murray Avenue Redevelopment project revised concept requirements feature a series of footpaths, trees, lawn, a public toilet (design only), raised pedestrian crossing, associated traffic islands and high-quality landscaping.
