The Australian National University through the Facilities and Services Division invites suitably qualified, experienced and certified Companies to respond to the set of requirements in this Tender.
The University is seeking to enter into a minor works contract with a Tenderer to undertake the following initially:
Conversion of all APERIO hardware within RN Robertson Building 46 (239 doors) to Salto.
This includes changeover of door hardware, addition of SALTO doors into the Gallagher system and online functionality to best replicate the current door operation of the RN Robertson building.
This solution addresses streamlining of site security services and takes away the disparate nature of APERIO operating in only a single building on campus. The solution that will be highly considered is to have key override functionality, which may be achieved by digital overrides (SALTO PPD).
Contract Term: 3 Years with 1 + 1 year extension option.
