Willoughby City Council (WCC) is issuing a Tender seeking consultancy services to deliver a Chatswood CBD Implementation Strategy.
This Strategy will achieve the vision of the Chatswood CBD Planning and Urban Design Strategy by managing the significant projected growth to ensure the creation of a vibrant, healthy and distinctive place at Chatswood. Council is determined that following the major development transformation planned for Chatswood, the city will emerge as a great place for everyone. We are seeking to use a strategic approach that will enable Council to create a city that nurtures community health and connection, builds and supports the economy and investment and improves links and accessibility.
A pre-tender meeting will be held at 31 Victor St, Chatswood; commencing at 2:30pm on Monday 4 September 2023. All prospective Proponents are advised to attend the meeting.

Tender responses are to be submitted online at: (see option below) - OR - within a sealed envelope endorsed:
"The Chief Executive Officer

and shall be placed in the Tender Box located on the Ground Floor, 31 Victor Street, Chatswood 2067, so as to be received in full prior to: 11am Wednesday 27 September 2023.
Submissions received after the closing time will not be considered.
