Tender to Lease Bombala Swimming Pool

⁠⁠⁠The Lessee will be responsible, but not limited to, the following:

• The development and management of the programming that is responsive to the recreation and leisure needs of the local community.
• Liaising with all relevant user groups and associations and ensuring that insurance paperwork and all registrations are provided as requested by the
• Collecting all monies associated with the facility usage including lane hire.
• Implementing secure and accountable financial management systems
• Providing security for all onsite cash
• Providing security for all facilities
• Maintaining the Pool in a clean and tidy condition and in accordance with NSW Heath Guidelines and industry best practice
• ·Maintaining all amenities and buildings (non-structural maintenance)
• Developing and enforcing appropriate policies and procedures
• Providing expert advice on proposed programming initiatives and Pool development
• Providing a range of food, beverages and merchandise
• Payment of all relevant costs associated with the operation of the Pool e.g., electricity, chemicals, cleaning products etc.
• Implementing and monitoring an effective marketing program for the Pool
• Provide monthly reporting, verifying all appropriate registers show Quality Control including maintenance, testing and incident reporting, are maintained in accordance with Australian Standards
• Landscaping Maintenance on the Pool

Routine Maintenance such as cleaning plant, equipment, addressing toilet matters such as blocking with paper, adjusting heating is the responsibility of the Lessee. Further information specific to this will be contained in the Contract.
